This cottage is set in a stunning location at the foot of Craig Ard just north of the glen road with beautiful views of the glen and over the fields to the river, Loch and surrounding hills.

Ballinloan Cottage is an attractive white traditional, stone-built, single storey cottage with more recent kitchen/bathroom extension at rear. This cottage is popular for its immediate access to the hillside and its cosy traditional feel.

Sitting/dining room with open log fire. One king size double bedded and one twin bedded room, bathroom, shower room and kitchen with door opening to the garden. The small garden is enclosed suitable for dogs and has a burn running through it. Off-road parking area inside entrance gate.

Facilities

Wood and coal provided. Television. Payphone. Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, 2 ring electric hob and a Rayburn stove. Pillows, duvets, and electric blankets provided; linen available for hire. Oil fired central heating. Water from private borehole. Dogs by arrangement.

Properties are available by the week, and bookings run from 4pm on Saturday until 10am the following Saturday at the following prices:
