Beautifully situated with uninterrupted views of the glen and surrounding hills, Ballinloan House is a traditional stone farmhouse that was completely renovated and refurbished in 2000. The two and a half acres of grounds include a pond, river frontage and two burns running through the garden. The house, offering five star accommodation, is attractively decorated and equipped to an exceptionally high standard.

Farmhouse style vaulted kitchen/breakfast room with Aga and electric cooker and double doors onto terrace.

Double garage plus parking area for five cars. Full oil fired central heating. Water from private borehole. Double glazing throughout. Logs included for open fire. Payphone. Washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, American-style freezer/fridge, microwave. All beds have electric blankets, duvets and pillows. Linen and towels provided. Dogs by arrangement.

Prices include heating and linen and vary from £394 for a winter 2 night break to around £1690 for a high season week.
