25% of the rent is required as confirmation of booking. This can be paid by BACS or by sending a cheque with the booking form. Booking forms are sent out with the brochure, or can be sent via email. Dates must be confirmed by email or telephone before booking forms are returned with payment. The balance of the rent is due four weeks before arrival. Receipt of a booking form and deposit are treated as a firm booking.

Should the holiday have to be cancelled after a confirmed booking, but before paying the balance of the rent, then 75% of the deposit will be refunded if the week in question is re-let.

A charge of £10 per dog is payable for dogs brought to Ballinloan House.

The tenant is responsible for the condition of the property and its contents during the letting period. Any damage must be paid for and the property left in a clean and tidy condition.

The number of persons staying in the let property must not exceed that stated in the brochure without prior permission from the owner. Innerwick Estate cannot accept any responsibility for accidents in the property during the letting period.

Entry to the property is normally 4pm on the day of arrival, with 10am being the time of departure on the last day of the let.
